i need to know what will taste good with smirnoff blueberry vodka
Answers: Ya know I was really excited when this came out and we looked all over and finally got a bottle. I purchased some club soda and tonic water to see which would mix better and make a the best cocktail. Neither did. I was so disappointed. I was not at all impressed with the flavor. I mean I totally dig Mandarin and tonic (delicious) but Blueberry sucked man. The way we finally got rid of it was in a Martini style drink with a tad of grenadine and lime of all things. I think the blueberry stuff tastes too "unnatural". When have you ever tasted a real blueberry that tasted like this stuff? club soda ,ginger ale ,torani blueberry syrup,
grinadine & float real berries in it.. I can't really think of something that it would mix well with that wouldn't overpower it. But you could try Sprite because it has a passive taste and wouldn't overcome the flavor of the vodka. Also, you might want to try Naked's Blue Machine because it contains blueberries and might fit in with the theme. Try club soda blended with a small amount of milk or cream. sprite, tonic water, blackberry soda, fresca Club soda or Seltzer. Orange juice possibly. Dont mix with anything else sweet as it will be way to overwhelming if you do. You want to taste the blueberry, otherwise there is no point in drinking blueberry vodka. I bet lemonade would be great
