You can get kits containing the herbs that you mix with something akin to Everclear to then ferment (don't know if that's the correct term) to make your own or get it shipped to you already made. When it is mailed to you bottled form, it is listed as 'cooking sherry' and you shouldn't have any problems. I've done the kit and if you're worried about trouble, I'd recommend the kit because the herbs it contains aren't illegal, here. have someone in the military bring it in for you. other wise, you're sol. order it online from the czec republic! lots of online stores have it...get one with the highest thujone content!!! shop around; however, it is pricey Go to the liquor store and buy it. Absynthe is legal in most states now. For the real Absynthe with wormwood you will have to order it over the NET. drink a Borboune and a sage tea.
