Is there any "relax" or "chilled" effect when smoking hemp?
Answers: I'm pretty sure it doesn't or else there would be a lot more drug dealers selling it. Never knew any to be a rope smoker. Marijuana is hemp , It was grown it in this area during WW2 for rope making..still pops up on the farms every here and there.
Don't know what effect it has when smoked, just wanted to educate the person preceding my answer here. don`t know. But here is a funny story. I went to jail for not to serious charges, but when you go to jail they make you take off all your jewelry. well, the guard happen not to look down at my feet, so I spent 3 weeks in jail with a hemp ankle bracelet on! the guards never noticed!
