Answers: You can apply for a UK Proof of Age Card. As long as it is a system that uses the 'PASS' hologram, it will be accepted as valid ID. No. Go and get a copy of your Birth Certificate from the Registry office where you was born. Use your imagination - get some A4 card for your printer .. and a cheap laminator.. make up your own fake ID card on your computer... - say a foreign driving licence you can even draw in a fake beard- make sure you bend it about - to make it look used...it will fool any publican - mind and order with an accent when getting the beers in.. get a rail card or something like that! The mexican neighborhoods here in chicago can give you an ID, and any other documents you need right on the street! go to the secretary of states office (dmv) and get you a state i.d. you may have to show proof of your birth certificate, social security number, and a piece of mail with your current address on it. Go to your local Department of Motor Vehicle. They will give you your ID. Apply for a provisional driving licence, it only costs ￡45. Some places will accept NO other form of ID other than a driving/provisional license or a passport. NUS cards are sometimes accepted, as are ISIC cards, which are available from http://www.isiccard.com/. Again, some places (especially with stupid bouncers) will accept NOTHING other than a passport or driver's license.
*edit* a birth certificate isn't acceptable, as it doesn't have your photo on it. You could be using anyone's. You have to GO to an official state agency (like DPS) to get an ID made. Theyll need your Social security number and maybe your birth certificate. You cant get those kinds of things on the net. Then any illegal could get them. Duh. You need to go to the police station and ask them for a Validate card application form. You will need to send a photo with your application form.
Take this with you wherever you go because most places will not accept any form of Id unless it comes with a photograph. Birth certificate. Or your local police station might print off a copy of your DL, if you have one. Not sure it will work for pubs but its worth a try. do proof of age id cards just apply for your provisional, most places won't accept anything other than passport or driving licence, and its only ￡38 for your provisional use your birth certificate and if you haven't got one of those you can obtain a copy for ￡7 direct from the GRO or from the local register office for the town in which you were born

Some places will only accept a passport or driving licence tho. go to the post office and get a form to fill in to prove your age. Go to a check cashing place
