Italian Valium?!

Italian Valium?

I was in Texas a few years ago and had one at a bar called Chelsea's. It was in a highball glass, had diffrent liquers in it but the last one was an Italian liquer and then it was set on fire. Once you snuff the fire out, you drink it really fast and since it's warm it really does feel like valium. Anyone out there know how to make it???
