an alcoholic drink In California you can serve beer and wine if you are 18. You need to be 21 or older to serve liquor. I don't know about other states. how do you make an alcoholic? some silly puddy and glue. No it is not. ill tell u if u share some with me lol no its not ok, theres enough drunks already,people of age cant handle the drinks they make themselfs. well, if you are actually brewing it... then yes, like beer or wine. But to make vodka or other spirits like that, then no.. thats illegal. If you are at your home, then no. if you are at a buddies house or at a party, then yes.
