Alcholic drink with least calories?
I'm a pretty heavy drinker for my size (I drink probably 7-8 beers every time I drink, which is like 3-5 times a week and I'm 4'10" and 95 lbs). I want to cut back on my drinking, but I also wanted to know how many calories are in beer, wine and liquor. Does one contain less calories than the other? I've heard a beer contains about 150 cals, and light beer even less (I usually stick w/ light beer). But do wine and liquor contain less cals?
