Which beer machine?
My husband loves beer and loves doing things himself, so I want to get him a beer machine for his birthday. Problem is,
I don't know which one to get him!
Usually, you get what you pay for. But I want some real feedback. Any suggestions?

Depends on what you want to spend. If he is interested in making home brew and willing to pay about 100 bucks for the start up, it's pretty easy to do.
I would check a site like Bier Haus International or E.C.Kraus.com. I made beer for about 6 years and the product is good but very different from what a factory light Pilsner tastes like. It can also be very high in calories although they do make "Lite" mixes.
The main concern is where he will make the beer. If you have a basement, that's great. If not, you'll have to give up a small room but a basement with sinks nearby is the best bet.
