how much alcohol content does it have?

Answers:

First of all, yes it can be done. It won't taste superb but if you clean equipment properly and age enough it will be decent. A milk jug will work if need be. Glass is better, but if cleaned prperly, a milk jug will work.

1. You will need yeast. You can buy bakers yeast at your grocery store, but try to get wine yeast, it will make everything taste much better. Put whatever yeast you get into a cup of lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 mins, then stir and let it sit for another 5 mins or until dissolved completely.
2. Dump some sugar (2-3 cups) into the juice, no more.. If you don't care about the taste and just want it to have a higher alcohol content, put more sugar though.
3. Pour the cup of water and yeast mixture into the juice. Stir everything lightly.
4. Get a balloon and securely and tightly fasten it around the neck of the bottle of juice. Allowing oxygen to enter the juice will ruin the wine.
5. Watch as teh bubbles rise - this is fermentation (sugar being converted to alcohol). When the balloon inflates too mcuh, poke a hole in it with a pin and deinflate it. Make sure you watch the balloon - if it inflates too much when sealed it will explode.
6. After a week or so the rapid bubbling should die down. Let it sit for another two weeks or so to settle, and the bubbling should die down altogether.
7. Pour the liquid from the container into anothe container (if you can through a filter or a siphon hose), but if not pouring normally works, just be sure to leave an inch or so at the bottom to leave out the dead yeast. It won't hurt you - it just doesn't taste/look good.
8. The wine is now ready to drink, technically. It won't ahve the best taste - but you will get wasted off it. If you can, put the balloon back on, and let the wine sit for another two weeks, or a month if possible, and then drink it. Your patience will pay off. Basically, after two weeks it's alcoholic, after a month it's drinkable, and after three months, it's good. Wine matures with age, but if you just want to get ripped, don't bother aging.

Remember to drink responsibly and be sanitary. Cheers!
