Good bars in Illinois?

I am going to be going out for my 21st birthday what are some good bar towns in Illinois when school isn't in ?

My town has more bars than churches and gas stations I think. We have some high class Martini type bar down to the shot and a beer saloons. I strongly suggest a sober driver since, having been one, I know the Police dont mind arresting people for DUI. This is in the far southwest burbs of Chcago, Morris, Ill.

They close a 1 am. If you can wait for the big blowout, try coming to town during Corn Fest. Kinda like a mini Mardis Gras. Usually last weekend in Sept.
