Buying alcohol underage Trouble?!

Question:

Buying alcohol underage Trouble?

example say if a underage person went to a Liquor and attempted to purchase a bottle of liquor and the clerk ask for there ID and they tell them they dont have it and leave the money on the counter and walk away? Do you get you for stealing even though you paid for it? And what other things do they charge you with for doing that?

Answers:

Shop keepers don't have to sell you alcohol, it's their right not to sell to underage and inebriated people at their own discretion. If they decide not to sell to you and you take the bottle it is stealing even though you leave the money. They could also charge you with traspassing if you are on a premisis that you are not legally allowed to be in.
