if so how much should i drink.. just a little bit can get me drunk or no? how any sips or the whole bottle?

Cognac is 40% alcohol. Three to four shots will get you drunk. The quicker you drink them, the drunker you will get. Be responsible, though.
Do you have a measuring cup? 3/4 cup of Cognac will equal four shots. But don't try to drink that all in one shot. You don't want to spit it out and waste it. You might also want to try mixing it with Coca-Cola or Pepsi. Alcohol tastes a lot better mixed with something. Just use about 1/4 cup of cognac per drink, though. You want it to taste good, not like alcohol. You might want to try Pepsi Vanilla for a nice kick in flavor.
