Champagne - the commonest available is Moet & Chandon, which is usually the cheapest.
Then you have Veuve Cliquot, which is the preferred choice out of the two.
Higher up in the price market you have Krug, which is nice.. then Dom Perignon and then the most preferred for the rich & famous rappers; Cristal.
Wines - Cheap and cheerful, there is Blossom Hill... then higher up a tiny bit; Ernest & Julio Gallo (often just referred to as Gallo)
then it splits into any number of choices, from country to country to regions within countries.. but the grape choices for speciality wines tend to grown in California and France
