Answers:

I hate when people ask this question because everyone who has heard something has an opinion of how to get rid of it.

Exercise will only make it take longer for you to get it out of your system. As your burn fat cells (by exercising) the toxin (thc by product) will be released again into your system. You will test positive for a THC test if you have 50 nanograms/ per ml of pee! 50 ng is the cut off set by the S.A.M.S.H.A.

Drinking water, and lots of it will flush your system and eventually rid you off all the toxins. The more water you drink, the more you pee, the more toxins you get rid of! This is while the first piss of the day will contain the most toxins. Your body had all night to gather them up in the bladder.

Drink crap loads of water the day before your test if you are unsure if your clean. The idea behind downing a gallon or 2 of water an hour or so before your test will dilute your pee so much you will pass because again you are below the 50 ng level.

Saliva tests are typically good for the past 12-24 hours. Blood tests are good for two days, and Hair tests are good for 90 days. They say 6 months, but when they actually test your hair they only take like the first 5 cm if your hair closet to your scalp. You hair grows a lot in 6 months, so the first 5 cm usually only goes back to about 90 days.

Don't believe me, go read the information yourself. Half the people here who answered are kids who think they know.

It took me 60 days to get clean. I smoked almost everyday for 5 years and decided to stop because I was entering the job market again and didn't want a pee test to interfer. I bought some tests of the internet and tested myself every 2 weeks. It took all 4 of my tests and on the last one I passed. (Under the 50 ng level). I am 5'6 about 200 lbs, and pretty lazy sometimes.
