Warm wine drink popular in Central Europe?

Does anybody know what it is called? I've had it in Prague. It tastes like very sweet red wine and is served warm.

i have no idea what it's called in English! in czech it's something like boiled wine

easy to make! just bring red wine to boil, put aside and add clover, cinnamon, sugar and lemon
