Me, the guy who wrote the question is thinking that you americans are stupid. My teacher has a Masters degree in SCIENCE and she says that they weigh the same. So for the people that said the litre of water or the frozen litre of water is heavier, then you are wrong. Thats how big it is. It does not change the weight of the water at all.


Answers:

If you started with one litre of water, then froze it, there would be no difference in weight, both would still weigh 1000 grams.
