You can get it where they sell keg beer but they will have to order it about $200.00 for around 7 gallons and you will need a special tap. Good luck.
You can buy them but they're extremely expensive. Just ask your local distributor who sells it by the bottle.
I know they have a brew pub some where in the san francisco area, maybe try a local search for the bar.
