Coconut Cream & Coconut Milk The Same? Good Pina Colada Recipe?
Hello. I was looking to make my own Pina Colada and some recipes are different. Some say coconut milk and some say coconut cream. Is there a difference? I love pina coladas and was looking for more of a coconut taste than a pineapple taste. Was thinking of buying one of those premade TGI Friday's pina coladas and just adding the extra coconut milk/cream but didn't know if there was a difference. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

Coconut milk is clear and although tasty is not a good choice if you are looking for a coconut taste - stick with the cream it is white and thick and will produce the result you seek. Cheers!
