In a bar how is ordering done ?

what are a few of the many variations??

Answers:
1st: go around with a piece of paper and wright down everything that's has been sold
2nd: Get a print out from your till of everything that has been sold and order it...
3rd: a bit of both when you get the stock level sorted
Also; being aware of the specials and offers from your reps helps

This question is almost too broad to answer. You order by asking the bartender or cocktail waitress for your drink of choice. Tip them well and the next drink will come even more promptly. There are literally endless variations, from straight liquor, beer, or wine, to any (sometimes more than one) mixed with a sweet, sour or savory mixer(s).
Simple example of sweet: Rum and coke
Simple example of sour: Marguerita
Simple example of savory: Bloody Mary.

standard procedure is you go up to the bar with a big wad of cash and tell the person you would like to by every 1 a drink pay leave a $ 5.00 tip and sit down repeat this until they toss you out. remember every 1 in the bar so you go back next week and collect on your investment play it right you should never have to buy a beer in that bar again and that's how its done

All of the above answers are great...
Just remember when ordering drinks for a group of people, order all of your beers first, then mixed drinks. Be sure to group like drinks together. It makes the mixing and serving process much easier.

If I go to bar's that I usually visit they automatically put my favorite beer in front of me as soon as I sit down. If i go to a bar that I usually don't go to just sit down and they will come over a ask what are you having.

if its like a rum and coke...always say the alcohol first.
I prefer apple martinis myself! lol
