Why no headaches drinking wine while visiting Italy?!
Why no headaches drinking wine while visiting Italy?
I'm sure we drank more there, than we do at home, but could it be because we sat outside more often to drink it? Also, we wonder why Italian wine tastes so much better than the Italian wine we buy here in the U.S.

Nikki z: my son-in-law made me ask this...he wants me to respond with, "my wife wouldn't go for that and she's the one who created the itinerary. Otherwise...." (I'm gonna tell my daughter!)

It is the Sulphates and Preservative.
We have the same problem here in Australia.
The cheap cask wines are full of it and sure to give you a headache the next morning.
There are a few Italian Winemakers nearby and their wine not only tastes good but no headache.
