vegas is the obvious answer.
also, the hotel thing is correct- many upscale hotels will have a 'resident's bar' that is open later to hotel guests...or for an arm and a leg, will deliver alcohol as room service at any hour.
also- some cities have beer delivery services that can go after hours...i know iowa city used to have that.
Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Maybe not all the bars do it, but there are definitely a few!! Be careful there is a tendency to have one too many there. LOL
There are a few 24 hour bars in Atlanta. I think in New Orleans they only close for an hour before they open back up...
About anywhere in Nevada allows 24-hour drinking.
Vegas and New orleans.
In NYC I believe they only have to shutdown 1 hr per day except on sunday where the rules are stricter.
