I want to know the drink recipe for something called 'Lake Water' found at the Horny Toad in the Ozarks, MO.

This is a frozen mixed drink.
We called the bar and they told us the ingredients just not the amounts.
- Blue Curacao
- Malibu
- Sweet and Sour
- Pinapple Juice
