What is a good sweet, rose' wine that won't put a huge dent in my wallet?
I don't know a whole lot about wine, but what is a good, sweet, rose' wine that isn't super expensive?

My favorite Rose is Vin Gris de Cigare from Bonny Doon. It is a relatively inexpensive ($10-14) Rose which is full of fruit and floral scent, not overly sweet and fairly complex for a rose wine. It is made by a wine genius from California, and it is, by far, one of the very few rose I would even bother to drink, not mentioning keep around in my cellar. Besides, the label is heck of fun to read.
Once you like Rose, think of Etude Rose, which is about $25 and more complex, but also more expensive.
