ok, you didn't say i'd be stranded, and you didn't say there wouldn't be a great wine shop/package store on this island, so i'm going to go with:
a bottle of duval-leroy champagne (sharp and creamy, extremely fizzy and potent)
a bottle of altos malbec reserva 2000 (earthy, deep and rich, goes down easy and taste great with beef, onions and garlic)
and a bottle of Morton Estate Private Reserve Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 2001 (lucious with a buttery/toffee finish. goes super well with tropical fruits)
