Can yeast undergo aerobic fermentation?!

Question:

Can yeast undergo aerobic fermentation?

Answers:
Yes it can, we tested it in biology a few years ago, it turned grape juice into wine for us, we couldn't drink it though... it can undergo aerobic fermentation but it can also undergo anaerobic fermentation. We had a funny saying that all yeast does in its life is sit and fart.

No it can't. Sugar can undergo aerobic fermentation. The fermentation is caused by the yeast metabolizing the sugar with oxygen yielding alcohol and carbon dioxide.
