Mexican drink w/ beer, lime, and spices? What's it called? How do I make it?!

Question:

Mexican drink w/ beer, lime, and spices? What's it called? How do I make it?

My friend ordered this at a Mexican restaurant and it was really good! She said it was a bunch of different spices w/ a lot of lime and beer... I really want one and she's in Mexico for the next week so I can't ask her how to make one or what it's called!!!

Answers:

Its called "Michelada"

If you are going to the northern part of Mexico, you can simply order a "Chelada" which is only beer and lemon on a jar.

If you want the spices, order it as "Michelada", and you will get beer with lemon, some sweet and sour tamarind and worcestershire sauce. (also they use "salsa maggi" but I don't know how to they call it in english).

Either ways, the waiter will ask with what beer you want it prepared with.

Light: SOL, Corona, XX, Tecate, Tecate Light.
Dark: INDIO, XX Ambar, etc
