How can somebody raise their tolerance for drinking?!

Question:

How can somebody raise their tolerance for drinking?

I want to know how one can raise their tolerance in other ways than just drinking more. Does working out, eating more or less, have any effect on how much a person can drink?

Answers:

Fatty foods and starchy foods will decrease the amount of alchohol that you body displaces into your bloodstream.

If you drink a large amount of water before and while you are drinking, the amount of alcohol that enters your bloodstream will be thinned out.

And the old-fashoned way is to drink more frequently. The feelings of being drunk are unique to those who do not enage in it often. You are amazed by your new feelings of drunkeness, giving you a low tolerency.
