Could you suggest a good,sweet red wine?

I'm not a big fan of really dry wines,but any suggestions welcome..Thanks!

Riuinite from Italy. A Lambrusco with soft bubbles and sweet. Only 7% alc vol. Or any other type of Lambrusco
