I think so when I was there but Canadian law is a bit funny. You can't get booze later than 5pm in Ontario!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh But due to the provicial law of montreal you can there. Dunno about Toronto, its all a blur ;-)
you may have truble finding strongbow and magners,BUT
the canuks have some of thier own great ciders,i like growers
for instance its on the sweet side,theres sevral other dryer ciders available.

Some of the English pub type bars like the Dukes on Yonge near Isabella and up north of Eglingtonhave it and some may have the Trappist one from Quebec, but it comes in quart bottles.
There are some that serve the B.C, apple and pear one's, but most of the time it is available at the LCBO and now the Beer Store.
I was a chef, work a number of place in T.O and like to use it in cooking, and found it quite easy to find, but as for being serve, it is a hit and miss situation.
