Can you Drink alcohol regularly and still be able to lose weight?!

Question:

Can you Drink alcohol regularly and still be able to lose weight?

Answers:
yes, you most cetainly can. i have done it myself by switching from beer and sweet cocktails to wine, vodka w/club soda, and gin or vodka martinis. the trick is to avoid high carb alcohols such as beer and avoid big doses of refined sugars such as those found in sweet cocktail mixers and sodas. basically, instead of ingesting sugars (mixers) and heavy carbs (beer) which tend to be stored as fat for later use, you ingest pure sugar-alcohol, which is readily metabolized for immediate use. if you combine this switch with eating pure, unprocessed natural foods and throw in some exercise, you should be able to lose weight.

Sure. As long as you're burning more calories than you take in, you can still lose weight. The problem is that the more you drink, the more calories you have to burn off.

However, enough physical activity will do it for you- biking, running, vigorous sex, etc... ;)

Yes I average a case of beer a day. And eat about every three day's. I'm slim and fit.
