Smoking shelters?!

Smoking shelters?

a pub near us has just built a lovly smoking shelter for smokers built out of brick in other words a room joined onto the pub but outside what i cant understand is surely thats another room if so why didnt they just segregate a room for smokers and save money by the way im a smoker

Don't care about that what a great landlord to consider all his customers. If he hasn't got it right some clever>>> will probably stick thier nose in and cause bother.
