They are not. Cigars from other countries typically meet or exceed the rating of Cubans regularly.
I've always heard that Cuban cigars are rolled on the thighs of virgin women....sounds pretty damn good to me.

the fact that they are illegal is a huge seller.. Just like alcohol was in the prohibition. Also some of them have a little bit of weed rolled into them all depends on which ones you get.
Cubans are not really better just harder to get in the US
Many cigars produced elsewhere consistently have higher ratings than those from Cuba.Not to say I have smoked some very good Cubans but most is just hype
