My friend and I had a rule once where you take x amount of shots that you lost the hole by. For example, if he got a 6 and I got a 4, he'd have to take 2 shots. Since he was a much better golfer than I, I ended up looking for elk in the porta-potty on the fifth hole. (ELLLLLLLLLLLKK?!)
My friends and I used to play speed golf. There's no stroke limit. The Idea is to get from hole to hole as fast as you can.We normally played no more than four holes because it's so far to run. He who makes the next hole first must shotgun a can of beer.

The rules are kinda fuzzy (lot's or booze was consumed that particular night). But I think it went something like this:
1. Set up a series of bottles (Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey, and so forth
2. place three shot glasses in front of each bottle, each glass should have a number in it, ie 1,2,3
3. Putt a ball at the bottles
4. whatever glass the ball knocks over, is the drink and amount you must drink!
To add another degree of difficulty, set up obstacles or specialized putts!
Now that I think about it, this is more like Booze Putt-putt!
