Is this the correct T.I.P.S. training class?

This is very vague? It doesnt give much information. It says it is only $50 , is this correct? T.I.P.S. as in to ensure proper service. (Alchohol awareness, and alchohol laws class for bartenders, that sort of thing.)
How much time does it take to complete this class?
