What errors do bartenders make on your drinks?
Things that aren't necessarily just differences in the cocktail, but that make it unpleasant?
Answers:
way too much alcohol, it changes the flavor too much and over powers it.
Too strong when you ask for a sweet treat.
Sometimes the glasses aren't cleaned properly, but i go to a pretty nice pub so i don't need to mind..
More ice... less liqour
Simple, Never enough alcohol
too much sour .... not enough liquor.
Dirty spotty glasses. Underpouring is unpleasant when you depend upon a certain taste. And it sucks when you are given the wrong drink.

If they work for a resaurant then they may leave boose or even water out of it, most of all drinks are personable so if they do not ask what you want, then forget it!
too much alcohol too little mixer made it on the rocks instead of blended not enough salt for my margarita
Using cheap booze (not really a mistake but awful none the less)
Too much ice
Mixing paralyzers wrong so that the milk separates, ew
Forgetting a garnish (lime, olive, pepper, pickle, cherry, etc)
Not measuring when making shooters and cocktails
Using old or no name clamato juice. (theres nothing worse than that)
