right now, mojito's are in. they are pretty easy to make and great for warmer weather.
Mojito
Place into large shaker:
2 tbsp. crushed ice
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp. sugar
10 mint leaves
muddle around
add 1 shot light rum
strain into a highball filled with ice and top off with club soda.
