Well, alcohol will make water evaporate faster, if that is what you are asking. Just be careful what you put it in. Alcohol can break down some plastics.
Never use anything containing alcohol in acrylic! Alcohol makes acrylic brittle and will greatly shorten the life of the container.
Of course, the most cost-efficient way to dry anything is with a towel and some elbow grease.
