If you had 200$ to spend on a bar, what drinks would you buy?

I want to buy myself the ultimate bar in order to produce some COCKTAILS for myself and my friends (which are around 18-20 year old boys and girls - from a Russian origin - but they aren't used to drink too much).

If you had 200$ to spend, what would you buy (please provide a full product name).

Please consider the factor of Quality/Price
(I dont want my friends to vomit and say that its a total waste of money).

I am from Israel so drinking from the age of 18 is legal.

The basics for a bar are whiskey, scotch, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec and grinadine. Then you need mixers like cola, tonic, orange, pineapple, and grapefruit juices.

Those would be the bare basics. I know it's not specific product names, but i don't know what you have in israel.
