Is drinking alcohol in the sun bad for me?

I heard that drinking wine while being in the sun is bad for you, but I was wondering if its just a Urban Legend.


Answers:

It can be bad, but not always. You'll be more prone to sun-related problems like getting dehydrated or sun-burned if you're not paying attention. If you are going to drink outside in the hot sun ALWAYS have a drink of water the size of the cup you are drinking from between drinks to prevent dehydration. This is common sense regardless of whether or not you are outside to prevent a hangover, but to stay hydrated drink LOTS OF WATER.
