Well i usually dance in the mirror for about an hour..that is untill I step on my feet..then I make odd and unusuall sounds with my hands cupped up underneath my arm pits..for another 15...After i realize they don't smell..and must be fake...I watch tv.... I do none of the above...but your welcome to try it if ya want too!
