Wine Logs?!
Wine Logs?
Has anyone found a good online wine log? Or even one to download in XL or a computer program?
I'm looking for a way to track what I taste, the prices, & also what I have in my cellar. Almost like a cataloging program?
Thanks!

The best one is CellarTracker - www.cellartracker.com - free, you can upload/download to Excel.
Does all you want, and a whole lot more.
You have to use it to see the full richness of the product and often when you start you think 'Um, if only it does ....' then if you ask on the forum, you find that it does :)
The creator of CellarTracker quickly responds to queries/problems. Just read the forum to see ....
The biggest strength for me is the millions of bottles already logged, so when you add a wine to your collection you don't have to type in all the details, you use can an existing definition and do it in seconds.
This thread in the forum 'What's Your Favorite Thing About CellarTracker?' will give an idea of what other users like about it -- http://www.cellartracker.com/forum/what%...
Some people like the sharing of tasting notes and scores - there's 3,500 tasting notes, but each user can decide how much to join in. You can keep details of your wines completely secret on Celler Tracker, completely open so everyone can see what you have, or somewhere between.
I like the reporting facility and the 'create a wine list' at the puh of a button. You can print bar code labels for your wines. You can use CellarTracker for 50 wines or 50,000 -- yes some commercial restuarants use it -- look at http://www.pluckemininn.com/winelist.htm... -- click on their wine list and it is generated in real time from CellarTracker
