yea its insane people on vacation wanting to relax want their exact favourite kind of drink and they can get really testy but its best to know basics of why they are chardonnays or sangrias then the different brands
Your Wine knowledge will only hold you back from a fine dinning bartening job. With that said a nice hotel should have a Wine training program. Don't forget you can pick up a book to help you along. the way. This book is great to start with.
