How can you define RED WINE?!

Question:

How can you define RED WINE?

Does RED WINE mean all the red color wine?

Answers:

All wine is made using basically the same process, and red or white wine can be made using the same grapes. The colour comes from the length of time that the grape skins are left in. If they're removed as soon as the grapes are crushed, you get white wine. If they're left in for a short time, you get rose. If they're left in for a longer time, you get red wine. It's not just the colour that changes - the tannin content also goes up, and the flavour changes. That's why red wine stains your teeth more than white wine. And that's why even if you added red colouring to white wine, you still wouldn't get red wine.
