reisling is AWESOME. and will go well with ur "surf" while it is one of the lightest and sweetest wines, some are very bitter. usually the first glass is good but by the second u think someone switched it with chardonnay (which i hate).
however, since being in washington i have found columbia winery which has a reisling that NEVER loses its sweetness, every sip tastes like the first. its about 9 bux a bottle and very very great!
