Question:

What happens if you don't drink enough water?

I want to know what is the average amount of water a teen should consume, and what happens if you don't get it?

Answers:
You get dehydrated, and eventually die.

you will turn into a California raisin

You will get :
Heat
Dizzy
Fever
Headache

these are the common symton

They say even for teens as well as children and adults that 8 to 10-8oz glasses of water a day is the minimum you should drink. Since our bodies are 90% water - we have to help keep it that way AND it helps cleanse your insides not to mention WONDERFUL way to NOT get ANY kidney or bladder infections. Keep drinking!!

when you are thirsty ..drink something.
Most foods have some kind of water in them.
There is no way to tell exactly how much you need.
Your body will let you know when you need fluids.
If you don't get enough liquids you can become dehydrated and sick.

You should drink 8 glasses of water a day that is reccommended but you dont have to drink that much, usually you dont die if you drink les just drink some water everyday

Of course it depends on weight, size, blah blah blah, but do you feel you get enogh? If you are extremly thirsty drink water. If you want a drink but don't know what to drink, drink water. I only drink water when I feel my body tells me to. Somedays I drink water all day. And sometimes I don't drink it at all and still feel the same. It just depends.

you will dehydrate and die!!!!!!!!, just kidding, your body is made of 2/3 water. you need to maintain that balance so that your body functions properly. A large loss in water will cause you to lose energy, feel down and slow down and can cause damage to your organs. make sure that you drink sufficient fluids during the course of your day to maintain your balance
