Red Wine and Coke?!

Red Wine and Coke?

Have you tried this? I thought my friend was joking when he suggested this but he wasn't and even pointed out 3 other people at the pub also doing it. It wasn't 1/2 bad and I drank it that night but what I was wondering is this a Romanian thing or do other countries do this as well.

Yes . This drink is quite popular here in South Africa,we
call it a Katemba(I think it originated in Portugal or Mozambique.)
