Answers:
here's what you can do and it's pretty easy. Take some of the Blue Pucker (think it's berry or something like that) pour into a large bowl. then take and pour half a bottle of sour mix (whiskey sour is fine) into the bowl. Get as many large syringes (no needles obviously) as you can. (Ask your local bar/club if they have any they could sell you.) fill the syringes with the now green drink and you've got shooters that won't spill and you can toss them into the garbage unless you want to keep them. these can be made days in advace too so you don't have to keep making them all night!

www.drinksmixer.com is very, very helpful. it even has bartender tools that you might need, what type of glass to serve it in, and you can even narrow it down by the base of the drink.

buy a couple cases of beer, get some Hawaiian punch and some rum, you should be fine.

If you want to make those fancy drinks (which men don't drink anyways, so you'd only be making for yourself and any female friends that come over) go to a drink mixing website, like the first answerer said.

jello shots are always fun and you can make rainbow colors.

All the other answer sound great! But he only turns 21 once.
So you should try the newest drink, that only a small amount
of bars know about.
Vodka and HIRO Vitality, and he won't get a Hang over!!!
The Hiro mix with liquor or taken before or after drinking, helps the Hangovers. Plus it Taste GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!
