I suggest a job so you can have spending money. Then go to fun places, beach, mall, arcades, movies, etc. If you dont have a girlfriend, try to get one. Take her out to eat, take her places she likes etc. Go to some parties, road trips, travel places, theres lots you can do =]

If you need money, get a job! I, on the other hand, have summer homework. (I know, it sucks!) If you do not want a job because you are too lazy or something, just enjoy your vacation!
