Is 'smrinoff ice' a beer ?!

Question:

Is 'smrinoff ice' a beer ?

Answers:

It's absolutely a beer. A "beer" is a fermented beverage made primarily from malted grains(barley, wheat, corn, rice etc.). Smirnoff Ice is a malted beverage. Says so on the bottle. The only association Smirnoff Ice has with vodka is the name Smirnoff. There's none in it. Even Saki which people think of as "rice wine" is actually beer. it's all in the marketing. Cheers!
