What beer contains the least amount of yeast?!

Question:

What beer contains the least amount of yeast?

Answers:

If it's clear, there's no yeast in it. It's all been settled and filtered out. *ALL* beers start with yeast as an ingredient...it cannot become beer without yeast. But, it's removed prior to kegging or bottling. Yeast in the beer leaves a nasty taste. You may find some Belgian and other "bottle conditioned" (where the carbonation happens naturally in the bottle) and that requires yeast to be present when bottled. Even so, when it comes time to drink it, just pour it into a glass first and leave the last little bit (with the yeast) in the bottle and you'll be home free.
